That doesn't explain why a buff Greek God is featured on the front cover of this Nuova Era reissue of the only recording of Jacquerie, made in 1994 under the direction of Andrea Licata during a revival at the Teatro Bellini in Catania. However, the package represents a sharp break with what we are used to seeing from Nuova Era; gone is the clunky clamshell and Nuova Era's typically haphazard, visually unappealing in-house style of cover design.
