It always seems like its the older sibling who has to change. This book examines the pain of having a younger sibling who always wants to tag along. Since I have younger siblings I have great symphathy for Critter. No matter where Critter goes there is alittle voice screaming me too.
Critter's expression are funny. He has a pet mouse who seems to be equally as horrified at the antics of the little sister. Most of the comedy is in the illustrations in this kid friendly tale.
Critter's problem is not an easy one. This book explores a serious issue of the pushy little sister. Its cute, funny, and great to read.
