B&W Photographs; 9 1/2 x 11; 143 pages; Softcover has shelf wear, rubbing/scuffing, bumping, some creasing, clear plastic over heavy paper covers, lifting in bottom corners. Several pages have corner crease. Softcover is green with white lettering on front and spine. Pages are overall clean and tight. Printed and bound in Italy. Lavishly illustrated with 98 of his b/w photographs, many of them full page sized. "Minor White [1908-1976]....educated at the University of Minnesota. His first serious photography was done in Portland, Oregon, for the Works Progress Administration [WPA] in 1938, and his first one-man exhibition was at the Portland Art Museum in 1942....In 1952 he founded APERTURE, a quarterly of photography....internationally recognized artist, his photographs are represented in major museums and private collections..."
