Wordy and Basic
Not a bad book in any way, but in my view, rather a poor relation to Hogan's later masterpiece "The Modern Fundamentals", where a picture really is worth a thousand words. Buy that one instead!

Hogan at his best
If you love Hogan than you'll dig this book. It's definitely a throwback to compared to 'newer' teaching but you can't beat old world wisdom.
