Inscribed by Powell in December 2007 on the reverse side of the flyleaf, "To Tom, Light & glass, what could be better! Color rocks! [Signed]" and also signed by Mark Lucas who contributed a short biography of the glassmaker to this volume. At the time we're listing this, there are no other signed copies we could fine for sale online. Powell passed away in 2019. Laid in is a slender magazine, "Arts Across Kentucky" Winter 2008 featuring Powell.
