Sugarbush Spring focuses on a family's making maple syrup. The pictures are charming and the story is realistic. The relationship between the child and grandfather is very positive. We discuss maple syrup in our schol each spring, as it is made in our area. This book is a lovely addition to our collection of syrup-making books.
