Besides the soloists pictured on the album cover, the album features artists such as tenor Plácido Domingo, baritone Bryn Terfel, pianist Daniel Barenboim, violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter, and conductors Gustavo Dudamel, Neville Marriner, and Georg Solti, so the performances are reliably excellent.
