I thought this series was really good! Actually alot of the situations were not unlike those we go through. The book starts with the ever popular and rich girl Massie Block, her life seems perfect until, the Lion's show up of course. Mr. Lion and Mr. Block were good friends in highschool, so when the Lion's needed a place to stay they were more htan happy to obligue. Soon the Lion's including their son and daughter are living in the Block guest house. Their daughter Claire Lion, the "ked" wear'er doesn't seem to fit in with Massie and her Pretty Committee.Will she ever be accepted? Read and find out! i must say this book is the first of an amazing series. This series is for or well preteens/teenagers would like it the best!! If you like stories about sassy rich girls with hot crushes you will love this series!! Massie has her own clique with Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan but when one of Massie's dads friends come from Florida Keys with his family to move into the guest house on massie's familys estate Massie and her clique must get out of the tanning beds because it is about to get even hotter when Claire comes. Will massie let her goin her Clique or will she rot alone like the potatoe she is?! This is the series in order: 1) The Clique, 2)Best Friends for never.3) Revenge of the wannabees,4) Invasion of the boy snatchers,5) The pretty comittee strikes back,6) Dial l for loser, 7) Its not easy being mean,8)sealed with a diss. You must read those in order like i did !!

really good
i read this book wen i first went to seventh grade i started reading the clique series and it is so good. this book is the best it talks about how a ordinary girl like us can fit in wit h people that are out of her league this book reminds me of the movie mean girls and its so muchhh funn to read and i recomend u guys read the rest of the series
