As this is a mystery, I don't intend to discuss the plot, except to say that it has the usual Tursten trademark twists. She manages to surprise me every time, and after reading literally thousands of detective stories, that's not easy to do, smile. Her characters are always believable and three dimensional; conclusions are satisfying and leave you nodding that 'Yes, it had to be that,' even though you didn't see it coming. I'm very glad I still have several books to go, although I have a tendency to plow right through them.
