This 1979 copyrighted book was more interesting in its detail than would have been thought. Mr. Winterbotham, a former WWI pilot, reinvents himself as a pre-WWII spy and an early developer of air reconnaissance. If one wants an interesting book on spying and many details of some of the major and minor personalities of the 3rd Reich and of the Nazi airforce buildup and the blundering of the British Command from ~1934-1940 this is an easy, factual read.
