To prevent irremediable injury that might be caused by a mass strike the Government has the right to appeal to the judicial power of issuing injunctions. For the purpose of enforcing the orders of the Court as well as establishing obedience to law the Government has the right to exercise the power of the Executive. And if laws are needed, as we believe they are, to render organizations of labor responsible and more promptly amenable to the will of the people, the Government, through its legislative branch, has the right and duty of making laws conditioning the right of organized labor to recognition and collective action upon its acceptance of corporate responsibility.
