Ann Wigmore's knowledge of sprouts and juicing should be mandatory in every college nutrition course, and would go a long way to eliminate the processed food diseases that make up the top ten list. The standard vegan rants against saturated fats, butter, cod liver oil, lard, etc. that actually work hand in hand with the nutrients in sprouts and wheat grass to produce super nutrition to make a superbly healthy body, mind, and personality should have been left out. My Indian ancestors ate the raw liver and other organ meats, and the fat from their kills to provide the rest of the nutrients that their plant foods could never supply. Saturated fat and sprouts and juices are the dynamite combination for robust health. At age 66 with no ills nor ailments I am living proof. I am glad I found this book.
