Great starter book
Great book. I own several books from this Author and his writing style is very easy to understand. This book is a great introduction to transistor and semiconductor devices. One chapter is very math intensive but needed. The reader is warned. The rest of the book is very practical and useful. A great building block to understanding other semiconductor devices (IC's).
