Seller's Description:
As New in as new jacket. As new in dust jacket. First edition/printing. Hardcover. 377 pp. Illustrated with photographs. Autobiography of auto racing legend Tony Stweart, a book that takes the reader on a no-holds-barred trip around the track, to the pit stop, and behind the scenes. Indiana-born Stewart began his love affair with speed when playing with Matchbox cars as a kid, racing go-carts, midgets and stock cars; in 1999 he was the Winston Cup Rookie of the Year, as a driver was the NASCAR Cup winner three times as a driver and twice as a team owner. Along the way, he became known as one who would have shouting matches, brawls, and heated "discussions" with other drivers, and clashed with reporters. He was elected to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2019.
