Great for the do-it-yourselfer. Lots of pictures, detailed instructions, and easy to follow steps. Also newer than many other reupholstery books I have found. Some of the older books go into more detail about the materials and fabric needs based on the furniture style but this is still better at providing detailed pictures.

One of the best!
I was looking for a really good book to give me the basics of upholstery. This book is the one. There are lots of pictures and plenty of information to show you exactly how to completely redo an upholstered item.

The information in this book was concise and the photos were helpful
in identifying what was to be done, and what tools would be needed
to complete a project!
I am very thankful I purchased it before my first re-upholstery project.
