I've read Peter Chaston's books and loved his delivery of the subject matter. He and Joseph Balsama continue this method of explaining weather basic in almost a personal level with lots of examples and void of math. This book is not a techincal level book as it is a personal explaination of fundemental basics of weather. It has some technical material, but only to give a foundation to the subject being explained.
