As a fellow sufferer of mental health problems, I find this book gives great input into what you can feel and why/how people can suffer with these illnesses. So many people think anorexia is a self inflicted illness, but as this book helps demonstate, it is not , and anorexia itself can be a progression stemming from another problem or is the beginning of other mental health problems that are spiral out of one's own control.
