I love the Black Dagger Brotherhood. There are sever mind bending plots in each book. I love a good love story, but it must have a chair edge plot for me to get buried in and these overflow with imagination and intrigue.

Great for all vampire lovers!
I am a great fan of all paranormal romance novels, Kelley Armstrong, Christine Feehan, Rachel Caine, Richelle Mead etc and I loved this book. It is a great story with the inevitable girl meets vampire but the action story is as strong as the romance and, reading through the series, the romance takes backplace to the action making these books a fun read and more than just the inevitable riding off into the sunset (or moonset - what is the vampire equalivalent??)
Throughly enjoyable - make sure you have the next book in series lined up - you will need it :-)

New Queen of The Black Dagger Brotherhood
J.R. Ward is fantastic in her new series The Black Dagger Brotherhood. It combines romance with vampire suspense. she has captured this readers eyes and I cant wait to get all the way thru her series to see what happens to the brotherhood next. Let's face it...these guys are drop dead (pardon the pun) gorgeus and I would'nt mind being seduced by anyone of them.

Hold on to your *** NEW SERIES
This is a TERRIFFIC read!!! This promises to be a great start to a new series. J R Ward has developed an awesome world filled with YUMMY vamps and super shellan's(her term for mate).
Wrath is the Brotherhood's leader, oldest vampire and he's blind. Beth is a reporter with an unknown vampire father who is a "brother" to Wrath. At age 25, Beth is due to go through her transition(from human to vamp) and her father, Darius, asks Wrath to see her through it because he is the oldest and strongest of their kind. Needless to say when Beth and Wrath meet the chemistry is off the charts. I could say more, but I don't want to spoil the book!! Take my advise if you love YUMMY, STRONG, Vamps---you'll love Dark Lover!!
