No, I have not read all the information that is in Pocket Ref compiled by Thomas J. Glover, but I did peruse it, for it is a high school graduation gift to my oldest grandson, who will be off to college to pursue a career in engineering this fall. It?s one of those unique, small volumes of information that will appeal to those that want to go beyond useful trivia to useful minutia, whether you are a handyman or a professional engineer or just curious. It covers everything from abrasives and sandpaper to a chili pepper hotness scale, an ideal gift for a young person or an adult. Now that I think about it ? better get another copy for myself.
