Excellent reference for Earned Value
This book discusses CS/CSC, the precursor of the modern Earned Value technique. The terminology of EV is a bit more cleaned up, and the demands are less rigorous, but the principles remain the same. Everything is clearly explained. If you are looking for additional and more advanced reading on how to apply Earned Value, this should be your first stop.
