Size: 8vo-over 7.75"-9.75" tall; Tight, bright, fourth printing hardcover in medium blue cloth covered boards with bright gilt spine title, light sunning at head/feet of boards, spine ends barely bumped, tips still sharp. No names, tears or soil in the 251pp text. There are some light specks on the edge of the page block and moderate foxing on both pastedowns but only under the dj flaps, Original b/w photo illustrated dust wrapper in new mylar is complete but with a few short closed tears, light color loss to spine ends and age-toning on periphery of cream background panel. Author Gladys Taber's second home on Cape Cod is shared here with her devoted readers. "Still Cove, " she writes, is exactly my idea of heaven." Looking beyond Still Cove, She reflects on the Cape itself. Here are the tides and the fogs, the cranberry bogs, the beaches where visitors swim and Cape Codders dig for quahogs.
