This title, with a print run of about 40, 000 copies was the first by Grant that was released through major booksellers and sold out almost immediately. This copy belongs in a King collection somewhere. THIS COPY IS IN MY POSSESSION AND NORMALLY SHIPS NEXT DAY. This copy is housed is a plain jane unfinished slipcase that I had produced for this book.
